Just a very quick update regarding the rss contest that I’m running. As you can see from the counter above I’m very close to reaching my round 1 goal of 50 subscribers. Thanks to all who have subscribed so far!
I’m really keen to reach the 50 mark so that I can move onto Round 2 and up the prize money. So please, if you haven’t already, take the time to subscribe and be in with a chance of winning $5! (see conditions)
Great news! I’ve been featured in Smashing Magazine’s list of 45 Excellent Blog Designs. It’s really gratifying to see people appreciate the time that went into this design. I recommend that you check out the rest of the list as it features some truly inspiring work.
In other news CssGalleryList.com is really going well. The site has been very well received and had 200 unique visitors today! Luckily the site seems to be spreading virally as I don’t really have the time to promote it yet. I’m happy to say that it is also my first website that’s reached double figures in terms of Diggs, so here’s hoping for triple figures.
More updates soon (promise).

I should point new readers in the direction of Blogging Diary Week 1, which will explain what this post is all about.
The main drive behind my blogging efforts this past week is this post. I basically explain how I’m not going to try and get traffic for the sake of traffic, but rather to build up a solid readership and focus on ‘good’ traffic that will stick around.

Apologies for the slight lack of updates today folks. The reason for this is that I’ve been working hard on two upcoming projects that I’m really excited about! I can’t go into too much detail but the smaller project should be launching next week with any luck, so check back here for the launch post. All I will say is that both projects will help webmasters and designers a great deal.
I’ll be blogging some more tomorrow and will post more news about the new projects soon!
